And there is no way such an account is handled by one person, I think ni kajina tu walitafuta wakaweka hapo. Someone yesterday insisted ati the problem was my modem because modems use old technology and ati I should hotspot my phone. Hell no. I hotspot both my phones on Safaricom because at least that one gives me more bundles, a more realistic night shift bundle and better connectivity. I just need to find the right spot.

Airtel data was very good while it lasted. But still, a friend of mine who lives a few metres from me could not, for the life of him, connect. So he donated the modem to me. Which makes you wonder, kwani hii connection ni an eeny, meeny miny, mo game? My brother, who has spoken very highly of Airtel before this was raving mad last night.

In the end, Safaricom is the lesser demon. Better the devil you know…
